  Time Machine was at scene of my water damage before fire department. As work was completed it was high quality work . All issues completed in a timely manner. Price were reasonable as comparable to others

  I hired TMR after a copper pipe burst in my home causing not so extensive water damage. They were referred to my by the plumbing company that did the repairs for the leak. Time Machine was very responsive and cooperative up to a point, that point being after I made the rookie mistake of paying my deductible directly to them. That was when things got very confusing and expensive for very little work. Not only did they keep my $2500 deductible, they then proceeded to bill my insurance company another $2500 for water the initial water mitigation, 5 grand for taking out some flooring and bring in fans and dehumidifiers for 3 days. This is just the summation of my frustrations with this company. What's the point in going into details when they already have my money but the insurance money for the "water mitigation", what a joke. Finally, once they found out my insurance policy had a limit to what they would pay out I started getting the cold shoulder, responses became infrequent, poor communication, just an overall disappointment from a consumer level. The one thing I will say is that I've learned an expensive lesson and that is to NEVER pay any contractor your deductible and sign a contract that marries you to them. I give an extra star for myself and getting away before proceeding doing any further business with these people. DO NOT PAY THEM YOUR DEDUCTIBLE!

  Time Machine was recommended to us by a trusted plumbing company and we're so happy we contacted Tim and the rest of his team. We had a leak behind our refrigerator that saturated the wood floors in our kitchen. They quickly came out to assess the situation and recommended that we use fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the floors before incurring more costs or filing an insurance claim. Every single member of the Time Machine team was kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. They came out multiple times to check the drying progress and Tim, the owner, was especially helpful as we weighed our options. Thankfully, the repair is much smaller than originally anticipated and Tim provided recommendations for flooring installers he trusts. We will certainly contact Time Machine if we have any issues in the future. Five stars!

  My daughter's house had water intrusion from hurricane Ian . Time machine was there the next day to locate where it came in from and the extent of damage. With a young family and one on the way we didn't want to risk unhealthy mold problems. Thanks to the their timely inspection and advanced detection tools severe damage was avoided.

  Tim and his crew were amazing to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and extremely efficient. Our issue was fixed within 48 hours-- Tim himself was on site the same day we called him (on a Tuesday evening, no less). The pricing was fair and the crew did an incredible job. Thank you so much!

  After sustaining water damage to our floors last year, I called several contractors from BBB, and Time Machine not only responded first, but they immediately commenced mitigation efforts. They also interfaced with us and our insurance company, who did everything to limit or avoid paying for necessary repair and/or replacement. Time Machine stood by us after our insurance company assigned four different adjusters during the first 6 months, and then performing top-notch restoration and repairs. Tim, Wes and Mauricio were easy to work with and proved to be knowledgeable and experienced. Their subcontractors were excellent. They made a bad situation less stressful as we were in temp housing for ten weeks. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any home repairs.
