    The heart doctor ordered this system. They are very responsive. When my husband shows a trend of too high or too low, they contact me. They keep doctor informed. I dont know if we are being charged or not, but so far no complaints.

    This is a Trap for the Private Clinic and Doctors. The directors, VPs and who who of the so called company will join the calls and initial meetings- No Transparency at all and enforce you to sign the contract ASAP. The contracts conditions are completely different and pricing is completely unknown which can bring any private medical practice to negative on the revenues and financing side...Please DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS....

    We're sorry the One Stop had a negative experience. After signing up, they had a disagreement about our (optional) billing services — seeking a discount on those services. When we were unable to provide the desired discount, they decided to cancel the entire contract — a decision we allowed at no cost to them. This customer never paid a dime to Medek. Overall, their relationship with Medek lasted less than 48 hours.


    In good faith, Medek performed several hours of work for One Stop, even contracting a special Hindi-speaking individual to better serve their practice. We calculated the disagreement amounted to about $75 per month.


    Regarding the assertion that Medek can "bring any private medical practice to negative," the customer is not qualified to make this (potentially libelous) claim. They never used our services and never paid a dime. As part of our good-faith analysis, we demonstrated that they would profit between $50 - $90 per patient per month, supporting our data with real examples from practices with similar reimbursements.


    Concerning the assertion of "No Transparency," the customer was upset because our Billing Services Agreement clearly (and transparently) outlines fees for services. There is no requirement for the customer to use this optional service, and they were able to see the cost of the service — hence the initial disagreement.


    Again, we apologize for the negative experience the customer had. However, they never paid a dime to Medek, were never charged by Medek, and were allowed to cancel their contract without issue. No harm was done to the client, and any cost was borne exclusively by Medek alone.
