    I needed have my ********************************************************** a disability claim.I called ahead to shop around, when I called I explained what I needed: paper military records scanned to a USB stick in PDF format. ********* said we do that, at 30 cents per side. I went to the store and spoke to a woman who stated, we don't do that. I told her that a gentleman on the phone told me 20 minutes ago that you do. She checked with another young lady who said, we do that, it is 90 cents a sheet, if that's ok. Told her, it was not OK that I was quoted on the phone at 30 cents per sheet. She stated that scanning was more expensive and the charge was 90 cents. I asked how that could possibly be true, that I was told 30 cents, and besides, neither ink nor paper were being expended, how could be possibly be more expensive that copying. She stated that is what we charge to scan. I would like *** to explain how it is more expensive when to expendables are used, and the same machine is used to scan and copy. Will likely never do any business with *** again.
