1 starI will never go to Prestige Ford again. The service department worked on my **** Edge replacing the torque converter in August 2024, it took them a month to fix the torque converter. Then in December 2024 my oil light came on, so I took it to ********. It was 2 quarts low; the oil filter was loose with oil all over the felt piece at the bottom of the engine. Now I have a bad oil leak. I took it back to Prestige Ford on January 15, 2025; to fix the oil leak they caused on my Edge. I picked it up and now there is a whooshing noise and now my Edge is at ******** getting fixed Im will not go back to Prestige Ford again they left 3 hoses off my engine and put some green putty on my left front boot to my steering. **** doesn't treat customers with care, he is very unprofessional, sarcastic, arrogant and doesnt communicate with customers at all. **** cost me $350.00 for a rental that should have been covered by my warranty because he did not do his job on the rental car. They had my Edge for 13 days in that time I called 12 times with no one picking up my calls in the service department, I called 5 times to service manager (with no call back) and I talked to **** 1 time to tell me it was an oil gasket leak, 1 time to tell me everything is covered under the warranty, 1 time to turn the rental in due to warranty doesn't cover non **** vehicle's thats a lie. I am very unhappy with this dealership I never had any leaks or noises till they worked on my Edge. So, this whole deal cost me $689.48 out of my pocket and I want my money back.I ONLY DID 1 STAR SO I COULD LEAVE THE REVIEW.**** IS: FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH HIM 1.LACK OF UNPROFESSIONAL 2.LACK OF COMMUNICATION 3.WAS INCOMPETENCE 4.VERY ARROGANT 5.VERY SARCASTICReview fromByron M

1 starI think prestige ford need to get rid of everyone thats working there. Starting with the Gm, finance department, service. They dont want to help anyone. My car has been at prestige ford since June 19, 2024. And they still cant tell me whats wrong. They crazy thing, the service department keep saying the lift is being occupied. Or the service manager dont know why staff havent touched my car yet. I have everyone text message showing that the not responding to me or anything. So my next step is to get lawyer or get the news channel involved. Its crazy that they dont care about there customers. Please do not go to ********************Review fromFred U

1 starAfter in-depth communications with **** we reached a deal for a 2023 F150 i even went as far to say it this your best and final and ***** response was yes. I asked for the truck to be ready along with the paper work because i was driving 3 hours to the dealer. Once i arrived i was greeted by ********* who took me on a test drive. After returning to the dealer **** came out to apologize because he made a mistake which equaled $5k this isn't what was agreed to. **** the *** greeted me and said they couldnt do the deal but could put me into a much less expensive truck (bait and switch)! This isnt what i agreed to which is why i drove over 3 hours. I was previously approved with **** credit for 4.9 @ 84 months and the 2023 had a special rate of 3.9 @ 84 months one would think no issue. **** came back after 45 minutes of waiting to go onto finance to sign everything only to tell me **** credit wanted an additional $4000 above the $3000 i was already putting down. This didn't make sense because i was already approved @ 4.9. I feel they messed up so bad they didnt want to sell me the truck because of their mistakes. They made no attempt to salvage the sale and i wasted an entire day and 600 miles because of incompetence!Review fromBrandon P

1 starThis is a horrible **** Dealership. Prestige Ford should not be an authorized dealer for the brand as they give it a bad name. I would leave no stars if I could. On May 20th, 2024, I took my truck to their body shop for a scheduled appointment for service in their body shop. When I arrived at the dealership, the auto body shop was closed, and no one was available to take my vehicle for the insurance claim repair that had been prearranged 3-4 weeks prior. After waiting 1.5hrs to speak with the general manager of the dealership, I was told that the body shop crew had quit the previous week and was advised to take my vehicle to another dealer. After wasting 2 hours of my time, I left with a weak apology and nothing more. It must be too difficult to call customers in a weeks' time to let them know their appointments are canceled, it's better let them waste their time coming into the dealership and tell them in person. Fast forward to July 10th, 2024, I had prearranged an appointment to have my Focus serviced (general service- oil change/tire rotation) at the dealership at 4pm. I arrived at 3:50pm and sat in the customer service lounge awaiting my car to be finished. At approx. 4:55pm. the service advisor brings me my keys and states they had "over booked" their service department for the day and they would be unable to perform my service and that I should "reschedule" my appointment. I didn't realize that an appointment was just a suggestion for they "may" get around to servicing my vehicle. I'm not sure if **** is aware of their level of incompetence. However, I am filing a complaint with their corporate office today as well as leaving this review. I would steer clear of this dealership at all costs if possible. **************** is just a suggestion at this establishment.Review fromJohn M

Under bumper to bumper I was charged for diag of a issue. After calling ********** they advised was not to be charged and ********** refunded me. .At that point a component was determined bad. Still under warranty I was told part had to be ordered that day to be covered and was by told service tech **** would order and would get a call and was covered under warranty. .Almost months later after many calls and no call backs I got a service parts party who said would e order to get it in since been so long. I got appointment to get installed and dropped car off then was told be next day so why was told to come on day could not do it beyond me. .Then I go back and am handed a $1,400 plus bill and told part was ordered out of warranty. Again dealer issue. .Making calls to service is impossible to talk to tech and no call backs happen. .My experience since leaving plaza Lincon mercy cause so far from me I have only had poor and bad service and performance at prestige. I advise to have things told to you recorded or in writing and signed so don't have to fight and go days to get any answers. .I will update after tomorrow see if they honor their responsibility of **** warrantyPrestige Ford Inc

1 starNOT A GOOD START….I made a 9:30 appoint for this morning (19JUN23) on 13JUN23 at 3:52. I’ve been here waiting to check in since 9:01…they don’t even have an appt for me listed. Bad enough I have a brand new truck in for electrical service already (1,983 miles old). This is NOT helping. Two strikes for Prestige on the board.
UPDATE: Strike three…I’m out! Because this was just a “evaluation” I asked the check in guy if I’d be out by 11, as I had scheduled appointments around this one. He said I would not…I’m sure because I was being worked in. This b**ch drove off. Called and had to leave a message for John ****.
Side note: I apologize to the young Latino who got my wrath. Not your fault.
Yet another update…John ****, Prestige Ford General Manager, called me last night…”so concerned” about my experience. Gave me an appt for 8am. We dropped the car off last night to be first in line. I just called (it is 3:12)…”due to the volume of vehicles” my truck has not even been looked at yet. AND YOU NEVER WILL LOOK AT IT…I am on my way to pick it up and social blast how bad #PrestigeFordofMtDora SUCKS!!!!Review fromMarcus T

5 starsThis was our first purchase at this dealership. It was the 2023 Mustang Mach E. Everything was handled in a courteous and professional manner. The sales manager James and salesman George, also finance manager Richard were fantastic to work with. I would definitely recommend Prestige Ford for your next purchase. I recently purchased a 2023 Explorer from Prestige Ford. This is my third vehicle purchased at this location. I had previously purchased several vehicles from their other location in Stuart FL. I have always had very professional, courteous and great transactions. As for the service department I really can't speak on. It's a FORD it doesn't need to be in the shop. Regularly scheduled maintenance is great and accommodating. My salesman Mike Milauskas was professional, knowledgeable and treated me like family. Mike followed up a few days after purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my Explorer. Mr. John Hill GM has obviously created a great atmosphere as evident by his teams performance. From greetings to checking in several times through the transition to thanking and assuring the transaction was not the end, but just the beginning of a great relationship. 5 starsI have purchased several vehicles from Prestige Ford in Mt Dora Fl going as far back as 30 years ago. They are like family and always have the right vehicle when you're looking for that certain one. I have never regretted purchasing my vehicles from Prestige Ford. They are trustworthy and will do their best to get you the right interest rate if you should need financing. The sales people go above and beyond and so does the owners to make you feel at home.
