      On December 3rd I ordered five dog toys from this company it was processed and shipped it is now December 14th in the package is still sitting in transit between the two post office that are less than 10 miles apart. All I want is the items that I ordered to be delivered but yet I can't even get that because they're sitting somewhere at a post office if they even still got it because what it appears to me is the post office lost my package. Fast and free shipping is what the company says me up it's sure enough free shipping but I guarantee you it's not fast. I've asked the company about the status and I'm getting basically we requested a Trace that's not a status I would like to know when I will be getting my items that I ordered more precisely the five dog toys that are meant to be a Christmas present and based on their company shipping virtually will not be here in time for Christmas unless this package mysteriously appears because I guarantee you reshipping it under the free and standard shipping with only a few days left before Christmas it will not arrive in time I ordered this item and plenty of time to have it by Christmas but yet I still have not received the items that I ordered. The solution for this is to have the five items that I ordered delivered.

      As we have shared with the customer through e-mail and live chat, The post office ******************* in ******** currently has the package, with Holiday Volume they are working through the packages as quickly as possible. We have offered to recall the package and refund the order. A reshipment per **** would experience the same extreme delays. These delays are not only affecting this customers shipments but dozens of shipments routing through ********, *******, *********** and **********. We are working with **** as they try to ensure delivery by Christmas. We had a trace and inquiry opened, however the customer also reached out and opened his own investigation which closed ours. No more updates will be supplied to us, but rather directly to the customer.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      PleasePlease note I get it it's the holiday season the items that was ordered after this item that was shipped by **** that has went through the same ******************* as this package has has perfectly made it just fine with minimum delays when I say minimum delays it was a one-day delay so clearly this package there's an issue with. All I'm asking for is my items that I ordered be delivered the store decided what shipping service they would use they chose the post office clearly the post office isn't the best delivery service that could be used. There's a simple solution to this ship me my items that I order and make sure they are delivered Christmas is exactly 10 days away now. If they have to package a new box and ship it by another delivery service I could have had an item shipped from overseas internationally and had it delivered by now. But this I can clearly state I will never use this company again.
