      Employees at Optimus Energy Solution were excellent. They had a great response time and were a pleasure to deal with.****** assisted over the phone and walked me through how they would help us with our faulty equipment.Customer service A+ as well as the service team.       With solar panel issues by an installer that went out of business, I was able to get in contact with Optimus Energy Solutions. After sending an email, I received a call from ****** the very next day to resolve some panels not working from Optimus, not a week later. I was very impressed with her promtnus to get service going. She will answer her phone, send updating text, or call you with important information. I just love that kind of customer service that is missing today. So, thank you ****** for your customer service. When you talk to her, she'll make you feel like you've known her for years.Rob

      The Optimus Team is an elite level of customer service. ****** and her ********************** technicians are all professional and courteous. Never a lapse in communication or expectation. Its amazing how detailed they are. This is the unique proposition I would suggest you consider when hiring a solar contractor. Strongly recommend Optimus!

      From beginning to end these guys were great, from *** the president, to the installers, the whole process went well. I DID price this out with a few other solar companies and this seemed the most efficient by several thousand dollars and better products! I do also have a friend, that went with someone else, who I didnt even get a quote from, and while he has several panels, the product cost to him ended up being much more, and it doesn't produce as much. I was very worried as we have a lot of shade where we reside, and we are still all good to go. I would recommend ANYONE shopping for solar, to absolutely get a quote and talk to Optimus!
