They came to cut a tree branch from my mother's back yard who is a senior on 2/24/23 and charged my mother $500. They cut more than requested which was not the main problem. They used another branch on the tree for support and 2 days later that huge branch fell in the middle of the night landed on her patio roof nearly hitting her bedroom. My mother attempted to call and text the company right after it occurred on 2/26/23. They originally texted back saying they would come see it the next day. The next day they did not call. My mother texted mid-day to see when they would come because she had other things to do that day. No response so she called them later in the day and left a message and no response. She texted later in the evening only because my mom mentioned she will have to take them to court if they don't try to resolve the matter. They responded that they did what they needed to do and cut the tree branch and will not be coming back. They did not even try to come to the house to see what happened or try to resolve the matter in any way. The roof of the patio is damaged with holes in it. She is now concerned the stability of the tree that is not safe and the potential of the rest of the tree coming down. She is a senior with very little money and now needs to figure out how to fix the roof because of something that the company caused.
