    A year ago my husband Hired Mr Tommy to install a water system at our home, once installed all was working ok and Tommy mentioned if we left him a good review he would drop off a free filter for us, needless to say he never followed through. 2 months ago we started having issues with the system and we tried calling the phone number on the tanks and got busy signals each time we called. I had to do a little research in hopes of finding a correct number as Tommy has numerous numbers that do not work. My husband finally got a hold of Tommy this last Friday and he scheduled a maintenance check for today 10/10/2022 between 12 and 2. It is now 2:45 and we have a no call no show once again. I have left a message and my husband also, mind you I get life happens and things come up but this is the second time this company has done this to us and sitting home waiting losing $$ in paycheck is not ok. If you want a RELIABLE servicer DO NOT hire CENTRAL FLORIDA WATER SYSTEMS! This company is shady to say the least and has terrible customer service.
