    On 9/22 Stanley came to install tint on my brand new 2024 vehicle that had just been delivered a few days prior. After the job was completed I noticed the next day that it was bubbled, peeling in the driver windows and stained my upholstery. I immediately reached out to him. I also noticed there was a bubble in the tint installed on my windshield. He came out to my job to repair the driver window but did not repair the windshield or clean the upholstery as promised. I called and texted numerous times looking for a resolution and he gave me the run around. Made appts he didnt keep, lied and told me he would have a detailed clean the upholstery. I contacted him 9/25, 9/29, 9/30, 10/1, 10/2, 10/3, 10/4, 10/5, 10/14, 10/16, 10/17 and 10/18. My windshield is still bubbled, upholstery on my brand new vehicle stained and the inside of driver door damaged as if he tried to force something against it. This situation has really taken a lot of my time. Its been one of the worst most unprofessional encountered Ive ever had! I would not recommend him to anyone. I will be perusing legal action for the damages done to my vehicle. I want a full refund and for my upholstery to be cleaned!

    May 9th, 2023, Stanley and his worker came to do my windows. May 11th, 2023, I noticed bubbles in every window and notified him. He said it’s lifetime warranty and it would be covered. June 26,2023, he arrived with 2 new employees, they laughed about the tint and were going to redo it, an hour- 2 hours passed by and they came knocking at the door stating they took the tint all off but did not have the material to fix it. This was on a Monday, he gave me $200 back and said he would have the materials in by Friday and contact me. The total I spent for this was $350. I reached out on July 5, 2023, no response. Reached out July 7, 2023, no response. I reached out July 11th, 2023, no response. I’m asking for a refund and now do not receive a response.

    Hello! I wanted to check in to see if there has been an update. I attached a quote that I received from the dealership today because of the right passenger window switch that was broken by HIS team. 

    I’ve lost out on money and don’t know what to do with him not responding.
