The agreed-upon services, as discussed in both text messages and verbal agreements, included:Removal of two trees Removal of small trees in the backyard Raking of leaves Mowing the lawn Trimming an avocado tree Nature of the Dispute:While ******* completed some parts of the job, such as the tree removal and ***** grinding, the rest of the workspecifically, mowing the lawn, raking leaves, and trimming the avocado treeremains incomplete. Despite multiple verbal and written promises from ******* to return and finish the work, it has not been completed, and he has since ceased responding to my requests for follow-up.******* has offered me a refund of only $30 for the unfinished mowing, which does not cover the full value of the incomplete work. I have been more than patient in giving him time to complete the job, but he has continued to delay the work without any reasonable explanation. I believe I am entitled to a fair refund for all services that were not provided as per our agreement.Attempts to Resolve the Issue:I have tried to resolve the situation directly with ******* by reminding him of the scope of the work we agreed upon. Unfortunately, he has only offered a partial refund, which is far less than the value of the incomplete services. He has also indicated that he is financially unable to provide any further refund.I am now requesting the assistance of the Better Business Bureau to help facilitate a fair resolution, either by receiving a full refund for the incomplete services or by having the work finished in a timely manner.

    Customer was never quoted for the lawn mowing nor avocado tree. 

    We completed all work and performed via the provided invoice.
