    On 12/09/2022, I placed an order for a specific ************************* my husband wanted for Christmas. Legendary Worldwide was the only merchant that showed the jersey in his size in stock. With shipping, I paid $139.99. The item did not leave the **** facility until 12/25/2022. I received the jersey on 01/05/2023, almost a month after ordering. When my husband opened the package it was the wrong size, XL. I ordered 2XL. I reached out on 01/09/2023 to the merchant via the chat feature on their website. No one responded. The same day, I sent an email advising the order was the wrong size and inquiring on how to exchange. I never received a response. I emailed them again on 01/13/2023, again no response. On their website, their refund policy states "Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange." I hope this means 7 days after receiving the product, not 7 days from date of purchase. I returned the jersey on 01/18/2023. Per the tracking number, the package was delivered on 01/20/2023 at 12:57 P.M. As of the date of this complaint, 04/09/2023, I have not heard from this merchant, nor have I received a refund. I've attached all supporting documents, my order confirmation, **** tracking information, both of the emails I sent, a copy of their refund policy from their website, and a copy of my **** receipt showing the tracking number.
