    On November 10 2021 I contracted Imagine3d, LLC. ******************************** to make plastic Jart fins. I provided Carufe with an original blue plastic jart fin and he advised that he could indeed make them. ****** advised the cost would be $ ****** which would include a mold, mold master and 20 plastic jart fins and proprietary of the mold master for 1 year. The work would be completed prior to Thanksgiving day, 25 Nov. 2021. I then paid Carufe the required deposit of $ ****** On November 20 2021 Carufe delivered to me three white and three red plastic jart fins. On November 21 2021 carafe was advised that all six plastic fins did break prior to completion of the first game.From 21 November 2021 thru 05 January ***************************** to Carufe, via text and or telephone were either completely ignored, or an abundant amount of falsehoods on the making and or delivery of the new product. On 05 January 2022 carafe sent a text advising I can pick up the product anytime. On 06 January 2022 I met with Carufe at ***********************************************************************. He provided me with approximately 16 fins and I noticed they were made different. He advised that its a new design and material and would not break. He requested and I paid them the remaining balance of $ ******. On 09 January ***************************************************** simply broke. ****** was once again advised of this and he requested I send him photographs. I sent him photographs depicting the numerous ways the fins broke. ****** advised he would make new ones and deliver them. From 09 January thru 18 June 2022 Carufe : ************* continued to give Excuses, No-shows, Profuse falsehoods and NO usable product. I requested a full refund. On 13 July 2022 I was provided with a partial refund of $******. I paid them $****** in good faith for a product they did not make. I am requesting my original jart fin back and remaining refund of $ ******
