    Sunset Air Conditioning installed new air conditioning unit in our condo in June 2016. The unit has a ten year warranty. It appears as though Sunset Air filed all the required paperwork to register the warranty. There is an issue with the condenser unit that I believe should be covered by the warranty. It is a Rheem unit. I contacted ***** and they told me that any warranty claims have to be initiated by the installing contractor (Sunset Air). I have been trying to contact Sunset Air. The telephone voice mail for their business responds that the mail box is full and no message can be left. It then hangs up. I tried emailing, but have not yet received a response. Is Sunset Air still in business? If you have a way of contacting them please let them know to call me. ************. How can business be conducted without being able to reach the principals?Sunset Air cannot be a member in good standing with BBB if they cannot be contacted. Please consider a warning or revocation of their privileges.

    Hello,
    After a complete review of our records it would appear the review that was submitted has no relation to Sunset Air & ************** **** The name, phone number nor address submitted are in our records history. I believe this individual is trying to reach their installing contractor (not us), that has a similar name to ours but has no affiliation whatsoever.
