****** was very rude because I told him I was mad about my car not being done properly I went there on. May 15 around 4 something almost 5hr pm so I they did my oil change and even ask me if I want to change my wipers blades I told them to do it it costs me 193$ in total to change my oil and 2 wipers blades for my car 2 weeks later my car stop running when I open the hoods they my car required 5w 40 it says that on the top of the lads they put 5 w30 I told him I don’t ask for that do what the car says after they done they didn’t put the oil stick back in the spot they left it on the hoods at 4 am my car stop in the middle of now way with me I open the hood the battery is dead and oil all over the car because they did put everything right when I call Miguel was being rude and not trying to help me I’m going to do a police report and show them everything Midas trust be I was being nice but this guy hang up in my face while I was talking you know what’s crazy I wasn’t even being disrespectful to him now I will show you how to respect customers you pick the one on honey

Customer Called our location, because her battery was dead. Used ACEA5 Fiat approved oil during annual service. Battery was tested at time of service and passed test. If the battery was failing an estimate to replace would have been provided. Customer was asked to bring the car to the location as soon as possible today for us to review and assist as necessary.
