    We hired Debbies Drapery to install draperies and reupholster cushions for several benches and chairs. Our designer provided materials and instructions on the work to be done. We paid a 50% deposit and purchased almost $12,000 of materials. As of the date of this complaint, Debbies Drapery installed a portion of the drapery and the quality was awful. They modified/added a pleat to the materials on their own, against the instructions of the designer, ruining the materials we purchased for the job. Other drapes are installed noticeably crooked, and the in ******* had to stop putting up blinds due to problems with the hardware that was supplied by Debbies Drapery. Debbies Drapery has demonstrated they are incapable of doing this job at a professional level. Instead of returning our deposit, they have demanded the remaining payment and are refusing to return our custom cushions. These are not cushions that can be replaced, and there is no reason theyre not being returned. Were demanding the return of our $15,000 deposit and cushions. We sent a demand letter almost a month ago which Debbies Drapery has ignored.
