    On March 3. 2021 I spoke with a representative from Hanley Wood Plan in regards to building a home, the plan # *******. I received an email the same day with a form entitled License Agreement Procurement Form. After reviewing the tentative plan I decided not move forward and did not sign nor return the form. See attached form. On April 2, 2021 Hanley Wood Plan withdrew $2,000.00 from my checking account see attached bank statement. Since this time I have made several attempts to reach this company via emails and voice mail. And no one has responded to this date. I have requested them to refund the monies back to my account. Your assistance on resolving this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, *****************

    Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/07/08) */ Mr. ***** purchased one our of plans thru Hanley Wood (Now Zonda House Plans). They sell our plans as we are the original creators of the plans. The transaction was thru Hanley Woods and not Weber Design Group. Mr. ***** paid Hanley Wood directly so it was Hanley Woods who needed to refund the client not Weber. Weber did not collect money from Hanley Wood on this transaction so we actually should not have the complaint against us as it should be with Hanley Woods. Out of a courtesy I called Hanley Wood and got them to refund the money to Mr. *****. Mr. ***** should have received his refund by now and this complaint should be resolved now and removed from a complaint against Weber because it never should have been in the first place.
