    Professional installation and removal. Thought more carpet could have been ordered as areas between tile and carpet seem short in some rooms. No leftover carpet was available except 1.5 x 2 ft. Installed in one day arrived on time

    They are easy to accommodate sale but the install and complete job are where they are lacking. Installers are very particular and do not communicate w/anyone when they see an issue. The installers took out shoe racks ( which I was told wouldn’t happen) Then they did not reinstall the racks in any closets bc of 1 part of a racking had a loose screw. No one said contacted us or the house concierge that was there. They left house w/out approval. We realized they weren’t completing job. They will now come back- after I had to call - Andy( installer ) isn’t good at customer service and only made me more aggravated. Called sales Michelle- they r going to schedule someone to return. I’d suggest being there 100 % of the time if u do use them

    Very customer oriented business. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the sales rep ? ***** to the installers (***** and *****). No oversell, competitive pricing, and customer follow up. I highly recommend.

    ******* was super helpful in working with us to find just the right area rug. She did a discount on the carpet due to a slight imperfection. Were were expecting to have it delivered in 2-4 weeks and it actually happened the next day. The team that delivered it were outstanding and didnt leave until the placement of the carpet and furniture were exactly where we wanted it. Thanks so much Hadinger Flooring for a great experience.
