Angel link. Has funds was donated to my son but I'm unable to get the funds. I've tried different bank account and said it can't be verified.

1 starIf you need money for an emergency do not use this platform. We started a fundraiser for a Helene victim in North Carolina back in September and have yet to see the funds. it's quite embarrassing when the person that you're raising money for has to ask if they're still going to get the funding that they needed a month ago. it's a bunch of emails about what they need or what they didn't get and a bunch of links to try to figure out how to get the money. do not use this platform I had better luck with a GoFundMeReview fromDawn M

5 starsI used ***** link for friends and family to Donate to my Mom's end of life Celebration. It was easy to set up. I received several Donations. Then I reciceved a. Email from ***** link to set up banking information for with drawing the funds. So Being suspicious I went on reviews and read several derogatory ones, this really concerned me. So I reached out to ***** link they called me back and assured me they were legit and those reviews are from people that can't properly verify there information and or account information. Reluctantly still provided the information using a sub account I have. As it turns out I gave them the wire routing number not the ach routing number, I corrected that information and in less than 24 hours it is in my account. 1 starWorst customer service ever!After starting a fundraiser for a friend that had a stroke and emergency brain and lung surgery. Entering all the information. They told me I needed to provide drivers license # and complete Medical records of the benefactor. As it is extremely inappropriate to ask my friends for their Medical records they did provide me screen shots from their online profile from the hospital website. And then... after they held on to the funds for 29 days The said our need was not legitimate and refunded the contributer. Unfortunately I had already paid the beneficiary in anticipation or being reimbursed an whole $250 I am now out the funds because obviously my friend is in a position not to pay me back.And angelink will only provide me with canned responses and you can never talk to anyone..This site is a scam Find a different way to help the needy.
