I have never signed up for anything from this company and they autocharging me over $109 everyone. My bank keeps denying them but they tries again June 1 2025. Don't even open their email or they will steal your account and try to get your money every month.

No Stars - they made me give 1 - this is a scam! Every industry has "someone/something" that profits off the good work real companies do to make their money. This company provides nothing in terms of research and historical/genealogical information. It is purely a front. What they do provide is an active service for credit card companies to dispute their charges and very ill-gotten and conniving gains. Collectively asking each and every researcher out there to not pay or use or even visit this company's website in hopes that it will disappear. Good riddance!!

I would give no stars, if I could. This is a not an A+ company! Yesterday afternoon, I responded to a week-long "FREE Trial," hoping to supplement the considerable information I've collected since 2000, when I first started pursuing genealogy online with ancestry.com and several other online resources. Instead, I found NOTHING helpful; I even tested the system by searching for basic Census data that I already have. Then, I noticed that it said my subscription would "renew" for $99 on June 17, which didn't make sense, since I was supposed to have a free trial for a week - and I signed on on May 17. However, there is a pending charge to my Discover card for $55.95! As soon as I saw that, I immediately closed my account. A "chat" was all I could accomplish, since they're closed on Saturday. Supposedly, someone is going to contact me on Monday. We'll see. Nonetheless, I will tell everyone I know to steer clear!

This site has helped me find fun stories and extra clues about my family. It's a great compliment to FamilySearch (which I also use). On the rare occasion that I've had to contact customer support, they have been wonderful! They are based in the US and very friendly. It is important to read all of their terms, etc., because they can be a bit confusing. However, they don't hassle or try to upsell you, which is wonderful.

I wanted to give 0 starts. Genealogy is a scam and a waste of money. I paid the 1 month subscription price and every person I entered for historical information (birth, death, marriage) was returned as "sorry, no records were found." Ancestry has all of the records I was looking for and this site claims they can't find any of them. I was hoping to supplement my Ancestry search with earlier records, perhaps some international records but I couldn't even get American records. What a joke.
