A deposit of $32,815.25 was paid to Prexcision Building, LLC (***************************), and to date since January of this year, nothing has been delivered as agreed upon. No construction drawing, no survey, no permit application and ******* has now blocked by phone calls, along with not returning my emails for refunding my deposit.

*************************** is a "criminal" - he stole my mother's money. She trusted him and when he asked her for money up front, she paid him in full. He then dropped off the face of the earth and left her a gaping hole where he took out the old window that he was supposed to replace. Her place was under contract to be sold and fortunately the buyer was very understanding, however, she had to give the buyer a $4,500 allowance for the windows to be replaced (in addition to the $1,200 ******* had run off with).

On November 10th I gave a check to **** of Percision Builders for $2600.00 which represented 50% of a contract to repair our Lanai. It was cashed on the 11th. On December 1st **** texted me informing me that he would be working full time on my Lania. He was now done with my neighbor ****. There was minimal frame work needed, but needed many screens on our lanai.. My neighbor ***** has been keeping me updated on the hours and time that work is being done. I'm a part time resident of **********. I come for a week once a month and rent it out when I'm not here. I arrived Dec. 29th and didn't see much progress. ***** mentioned Precision Builders came a few times at 4 PM and maybe stay till 6:30 /7:00 PM working in the dark. Was lucky if they worked a total of 9 hours while I was away. After texting **** on the 29 th,he mentioned his crew would be here on Monday to finish the job. Should take a day and a Half. They came for a few hours on Monday; 3:45PM to 7PM, then missed Tuesday, a full day Wednesday with hope that they would come today;Thursday the 5th to finish the job. No show. Thanked **** and his crew by text for working the whole day on Wednesday. Was looking forward to the finished Job the next day. No show...No text.. Texted him at 6PM today Thursday the 5th of Jan. to find out what happened ....No answer. I would appreciate **** to finish up a job that should of been done before Christmas. It would also be nice to have him contact me with a reason for not being able to finish the job today. It would be great to believe that Percision Builders was truly going to work full time on the job as he stated in a text message December 1st. 2022. I was at my home in ********** till the 7th of Dec. and was told that he just received the necessary pieces to get the job done and it would be done in a week. Didn't happen. This is why I'm now looking for the BBB help in getting the job done. Thank you.

On Oct 15, 2022 I accepted a quote for a new pool enclosure (damaged by ***) for $31'000. On Oct 16 I paid the agreed 1st installment of $6328 for immediate start of the project and on Nov 21 the 2nd draw of $9492. The 2nd draw was demanded by the contractor for the claimed physical start of the project and specifically for ordering the required material.Between Nov 21 and today, the contractor indicated several times 'next day' delivery of the enclosure and consequent installation. A transcript of the mostly electronic communication is attached. As of Jan 2, 2023 the contractor has not applied for a building permit nor has any delivery or proof of work done been provided. Consequently the contractor did not fulfill his legal obligation under ******* law to file for a building permit within 30 days if any upfront payment of more than 10% was made. Furthermore after all the missed promisses and dates and the lies it is questionable if the money sent has been used for the purpose agreed and/or has been spent for any other purpose. What legal steps can I take to get confirmation that the 2 draws were not used for other purposes. With the loss of trust in Percision Building LLC and specifically its president **************************** I prefer refund of the down payments and if not possible proofe of use of funds and delivery as promissed.
