    On 3 March 2023 I spoke with one of Pro America's Licensed Agent 2-20 regarding my request for a Homeowner Insurance Policy quote, and I followed up with an email. The next day on 4 March I received an email from that person with a quote attached. Naturally, I had a question to which I replied by email on 4 March and asked: "Any private-market quotes received through the clearinghouse"? I waited but never received a reply to my email. I telephoned the office and requested a courtesy call back from the agent. No return phone call. I waited further and telephoned a second time and requested a call back from the agent. No return phone calls and no email reply. Non-responsiveness is a rude business practice. Not professional.

    Our records show that the quote was requested on March 13 and it was provided on March 14th.  Unfortunately, we never received an email back and when they called, the agent unexpectedly had to leave early for a personal matter.  It is not our practice to disregard customer inquiries but unfortunately, situations arise that are beyond our control from time to time.  I would like to reach out to this client to resolve the matter.
