    SUMMIT BROADBAND assured the owners in our community at ********************************** ******, **, that signing a contract with them would ensure BETTER QUALITY of service than ******** It has been approx six and a half years since the contract was signed by the *********** and THE ABSOLUTE FRUSTRATION of calling for text support BECAUSE of losing the signal, OVER AND OVER AGAIN. There have not been any storms in the area and we lost the signal.I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I AM PAYING FOR SERVICE THAT I AM NOT GETTING.

    Account *********** days ago I began having intermittent service that I noted while traveling. When I returned 4 days ago I called for service. Yesterday a "technician" arrived and took a look and indicated he needed to "expedite" and would have someone come by the same day. Last evening I received a phone call and a text promising a visit from technician between 8-10 today. When no one arrived I phoned and was advised I would not get any support until tomorrow and the window is 8-5. Not only is this requiring 3 days that I am away from work if i want service (yesterday, today, and presumably tomorrow) , the telephone support person was rude and dismissive. Nobody called me to advise this change. Requiring a 9 hour time window is unacceptable and i was advised "too bad". I changed from Xfiniity with the hopes that I would have faster and more reliable service. I am losing time, pay from my job, and no internet that includes my security etc. I am disappointed and contemplating my options. I was promoting your product to neighbors however no longer.
