    Owner, Terance B, personally visited our home and corrected his techs mistake to water our property twice a week while we were north. He called me while at my home at wanted to set the timer for 30 minutes per zone. I agreed to 20 minutes. The water company called me several weeks later and told me their records show my sprinklers run in the middle of the nite and the middle of the afternoon. All that sprinkling generated an $800 water bill! He refuses to discuss this saying someone must have tampered with his settings. There was no one at the property and no one near had any reason to open the control box. My offer to split the $800 bill was ignored. Naturally, I will no longer do business with a company who mistreats customers like this. I strongly suggest doing business with a different company that values its customers instead of abusing them.

    We hired this company to fix our sprinkler heads that were broken and set up the date and time for the sprinkler system to go on.. We paid them 350.00. We called them back the following week to let them know the sprinkler system would not shut off when it was suppose too. It kept running for hours Our phone call was not returned. We called back a few more times no answer. We had to hire another company to fix it this problem. We never heard back from Sprinkler Man. I am a very disappointed customer paid for service and didn’t get it. The worse part was they never returned my phone calls when we had a issue..
