Absolutely LOVE this company. Everything was seamless. I ordered online and received the postage paid envelope along with instructions for mailing the knives back. I choose to hand deliver to the local ***** Sharpenters notified me when they received my knives. A few days later, I received a message that my knives were on their way back to me. I received them in a few days. The knives now feel like they are brand new! Going forward I will have Sharpenters sharpen all of my knives!

I sent my knives to be sharpened. The day they received them, they were put back in the mail. They sat at the post office with no delivery information. It has now been three weeks. They are hard to make contact with. There is no number to call. They do not answer emails, maybe once. I asked for a refund of the money I pad, no reply. I dont have anyway to make contact. This company has very poor customer support.

    Hi ******,

We are very sorry for the package that was delayed while in transit with ***** Since this incident and during, we are pleased that you and we were able to work together to determine where your package was. As we spoke about, we are very sorry that you experienced any delay in our support team responding and again, we feel like this error happened due to the multiple streams of communication that were being used (Live Chat, Email and ************ messaging). I do see that between those 3 platforms, all of your messages and concerns were answered in a timely way but the emails that were not responded to were replicas of other messages that had been answered via the other ways you communicated with us (mentioned above). Thank you for using our service and as we discussed in our earlier communication, **** is typically very reliable for us but unfortunately, you did not experience this and we do indeed apologize, thank you for using our service and we do hope to be able to impress you in the future!

    Thank you,

    Sharpenters
