5 starsWe recently moved from Naples to ***** and couldn't be more pleased with Ray the Mover. The crew (******, **, KeKe and ***) arrived exactly when they said they would, and were professional, pleasant, hard-working and very efficient, going above and beyond to be helpful. We could not be more pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend ******* The sales and office staff, ********* and ********, were also very helpful and kept us informed prior to moving day. From the very first phone call, the team at Ray the Mover was exceptional! We called last minute to have pews moved from our church as we restored things following Hurricane ******. Even the last minute change to have them stored at their facility didn't phase them. They went out of their way to make the process simple, the movers were so careful and wrapped each pew as if it were their own furniture. They were polite, cheerful, and they were so efficient! The service was just as wonderful when the delivered the pews back to us. I simply provided the map and the team put everything back in place. We will be using Ray the Mover for all of our moving needs, hands down the best!

I had Ray the Mover do a move-out from my storage facility in ******************** on 10/9/2023. While i was unable to be there, the two young gentlemen who handled the move were wonderful in communicating through my on-site friend about items I was moving (to *******) and items I was not. My friend took a picture of my saddle when it was all wrapped for shipping and the movers took extra special care of it and he said they were courteous and careful with my things. I can only hope that I get such good service when my things arrive here in ******. I would HIGHLY recommend Ray the Mover (in conjunction with North American *** Lines) to anyone and everyone! I highly recommend Ray The Mover. The service from start to finish was excellent. The communication with the office was quick and efficient. Our moving team of JP, ******************** and *** on packing day and JP, ***** and *** on moving day were wonderful to work with. They were personable, professional and helpful. Top-notch service. Ray the Mover helped me move several family heirlooms (including crating artwork and a large chandelier) and I am very happy with the service I received. During planning, the office was responsive, clear, and organized. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, carefully and efficiently completing crating, and delivered my items without issue. Patience and communication are just two of the many things that set Ray the Mover apart from other great movers. Highly recommend.Ray the Mover

Great service from Ray The Mover who facilitated the collection of a lot of our belongings from our ******* residence at the start of our international relocation. Owing to staff illness, we had one worker from Ray the Mover show up to take on the job - his name was **** and he was brilliant. I wanted to write and personally thank you for having such an amazing team of professionals on your staff. Everything ran like clockwork from ********* coming out in Naples and giving me an estimate to getting next step emails from ******** and then the phone call from *********, informing me of who my driver would be (****, the very best) and the info I needed to go with that. **** and ***** arrived earlier than scheduled and called me beforehand, letting me know they were on their way! They worked diligently nonstop until finished. No rain hot, but, great weather! They were so careful with everything. **** was able to tell me then that he would be delivering my things to my new apartment in SC on Saturday morning! He called on Friday to confirm with a time! He and ***** arrived right on schedule and were able to back the truck right up to the curb so they had a straight shot to my place. Once again, these guys worked non-stop and very diligently. So professional with wonderful manners. I couldnt believe how fast they got it done and how smooth it all went! It was a gorgeous, sunny day and NO rain!! I am beyond happy with the entire experience and just wanted YOU to know that! PLEASE give **** a raise he definitely deserves it. He is so passionate about what he does and it shows. We have used Ray the Mover twice to coordinate long moves and both times the moves went without a hitch. We highly recommend them. Almost 3 years ago we moved from ************** to ******. The first time around the movers had to move a ton of furniture from a 3rd-floor condo to a moving van parked in two spots in the center of town. What could have been highly stressful worked smoothly. Delivery in ****** was over in under two hours without any problems. That move went so well that we called Ray the Mover a second time for a move of a houseful of furniture to **************. **** the driver is extremely well organized and friendly. His staff in both ****** and ************** were fantastic. **** arrived early both times and these moves worked like clock work. We've been super satisfied with Ray the Mover!Ray the Mover

5 starsI would highly recommend Ray the Mover. The owner personally scheduled my move, and the two movers that helped me unload my truck, Ray and ****, were very professional, efficient, and kind. They made the transition so easy and they took such great care of my belongings. I received a confirmation call from ******* the night before and the movers showed up early, and worked very hard. They had my truck unloaded and my bed set up within the two hour window. Highly recommend this company.
