    I am rejecting this response because: the merchant is a scam. She is retaliating because I have filed a complaint. She has been texting me and harassing me even after I told her to stop. She has not blocked me. I only received $80 refund from my bank because that was the only payment processed at the time before I put a stop pay in my bank. I did not receive a $640 refund but an $80 refund. This merchant is a liar and is upset that I file a complaint with the BBB making her business unethical and no morals. I paid for courses and completed my course and was advised I can no longer use them because she is upset I filed this complaint. I would advised she stop harassing before I file a police report! I am done with NCA and anything affiliated. I will spread the word of nail techs to stay away from the scam of NCA.

    I sent her the refund on November 15, 2023 for both the Advanced Nail Technician Program and the Wellness Nail Technician Program ($460) through PayPal on th email she provided.

    As you can see, she did not claim it. What's with this?

     

    She was also paid by Stripe (AfterPay). I do not know the status of that payment.

     

    I can go no further with this as I have no clue what she is afer!! If it is that she wants back into the courses, that will not happen. She finished the first course and has the certificates/the knowledge, but yet got her money sent back due to her scam for both courses.  I am DONE with her. Do whatever you have to do!

    This client signed up for the second class with a different email but then repeatedly used the sign in/password for the first account to attempt to get into the second one. She could not get into the program though it was there for her use. We did not know this until after she had begun asking for a refund. When we told her, she did not attempt to use the program, just continued to request a refund. (She may have gone in and acquired the knowledge while this was going on, after she found out the problem.) To get her gone, we sent the refund - a first, since it is all over the site that no refunds will be given after the courses have been opened, She accepted a refund from NCA and applied for and received an identical one from Afterpay - a total of $640 came out of NCA account. She has the first course and certificates, plus a double refund for the second course. A scam, in my estimation. She has been blocked from the courses, the closed group and all other benefits with NCA. Good riddance. Done.

    I am rejecting this response because: the email address she sent the payment to is NOT associated with any PayPal accounts. She should have sent the refund to the email I signed up originally with. She is so unprofessional this makes no sense. If she wants to be incompetent and continue to do incompetence things she will get incompetence results. I do not have a refund from her and she knows this. I am sick of dealing with her and her unethical ways. I want my refund to the email addrsss I signed up with end of story.
