    I placed order #***** for $79.00 on February 23rd 2023. I saw the charge and was shortly notified that my desired color of dog collar was out of stock. I tried to reply multiple times to explain that I would wait for my desired color but their email address was undeliverable. I filled out their contact form on their website twice and received no reply. After a few weeks, I contacted them via direct message on instagram asking for an update on my order. I have tried this every couple of weeks and only get vague replies saying they will look into it but I never get an update. Two days ago, I left them a review about my experience and contacted them via instagram again. The message was seen and had no reply. Now, I can no longer find the original charge for my product. I would like to know what happened and whether the charge dropped off and if I will be receiving my item.

    This issue has been resolved with the customer and is the result of an email outage.  Product has been sent to the customer at no cost to the customer.  The attached email shows the communication to the customer with tracking information.
