      I called Privette to schedule an appt. for someone to come and put new guts in our toilet tank. Lovely lady on the phone scheduled an appt. pretty quickly and gave me a time frame. I wasted a whole day waiting for a Privette person to show up, no call, no nothing. I called at 2:30pm, past the window I was give, and no one answered the phone. I would appreciate a call back is the message I left, heard nothing. Very bad customer service, except for the lady scheduling, but someone should have called letting us know, they were running late, werent going to show, or giving a problem. Privette has always given us great service, but I definitely would never call them again or recommend.

      We contacted Privette Plumbing in December 2021 to install a new hot water heater. Technicians (three different ones) had to come back 5 times to get it right. Release valve was leaking water all over garage floor. In September 2022 the tank malfunctioned. Neighbors heard an explosion and noticed water gushing down the driveway (we were out of town). Neighbors shut the water off. The cause was due to incorrect wiring. They used the wrong gauge wire and used plastic piping instead of copper. We initially paid $1700.00 for the new tank installation and now we have to pay an electrician as well as replace all our garage cabinets which were soaked. Thy will not respond to our messages. We do NOT recommend this company.
