I received very professional and detailed communication about what to expect even before the on-site inspection. The engineer was prompt, professional, extremely thorough, and detailed-oriented. The lengthy report describing the degradation issues at my residence exhibited vast experience and expertise. This firm showed an empathetic and practical regard for the client in the solutions offered to fix the structural issues. It was a pleasure to do business with such a knowledgeable and exacting professional company; a rare find these days.

***** and Avant-Garde Engineering did an amazing and prompt evaluation of the house. ***** kept us informed every step of the way, was early for the Saturday appointment. We had permit issues with our home due to the fact that the previous owner had made changes to the structure without a permit. ****************************** was the only Structural Engineer who was willing to come out and perform the required inspections. He did a thorough and detailed inspection of the structure as well as provided the requisite drawings for the County.His attention to detail as well as follow up is to be commended as this is a rare quality in Naples.Avant-Garde Engineering

After the underlayment for the reroofing project at my home was completed, the local inspector had to sign off on the work before the shingling could begin. He didbut with caution, noting that dips in the roof could point to *****************) issues in our attic. Not what I wanted to hear. The roofers were scheduled to come back the next day. What could I do? Thank goodness I found ***** at Avant-Garde Engineering. He inspected our trusses within several hours of my call. His thorough attention to our home and careful calculations gave me the peace of mind I needed to proceed with the project. Our new roof looks beautiful.
