It's clear that this isn't just a business; it truly feels like a family operation because of the way you treat your clients. Benchmark Roofing Contractors replaced our roof and reconstructed the interior of our house after hurricane *** caused significant damage. Benchmark was recommended by a neighbor and we were extremely pleased with the quality of work and open communication with *********************. **** was hands on with our project and his crew did an outstanding job reconstructing our house. They reconstructed the entire interior of our house down to the studs. Benchmark exceeded our expectations when the house was completed. The project was completed on a timely basis. From our initial meeting to the completed project, ********************* listened and understood what our needs and concerns were and the open communication made the reconstruction process a pleasurable experience. We hired BENCHMARK ROOFING after being in litigation with another company--and happily paying not to use them. We chose Benchmark based on recommendations from friends, after seeing how they worked on other properties nearby, and after hearing their presentation--which was professional and informative. ****, the owner, is honest, does what he promises, gives dates of when to expect certain stages to be done, communicates regularly, is onsite to oversee the work being done, and makes sure cleanup is done each day. Their pricing was competitive and fair, and our roof looks great. If we could give them 10 STARS we would do it. Thank you **** and your team.
