  RRCA (Roofing & Reconstruction Contractors of America) was a blessing after Hurricane *** damaged our house. *********************************, General Manager, came to our home and discussed the damage and what he and his company could do for us. Initially, it all sounded too good to be true and we were certainly skeptical. After researching RRCA and ******, we felt confident to put our trust in ****** and RRCA. ****** lined up all the contractors to do the work and ensured all work was done to meet or exceed code. EVERYTHING promised - new roof, new gutters, new soffits, new pool surround, along with some interior repairs, WAS 100% DELIVERED. Not only was the work completed to the highest standard, but it was completed in a timely fashion. RRCA, ******, corresponded directly with my insurance company and provided professional documentation which supported the need for addition funding. As a result, my insurance company did agree and provided additional funds and we could avoid out of pocket expenses.We are thankful and grateful to ****** for guiding us through such difficult and stressful situation, managing this project, working with my insurance company for increase funding to meet code, and keeping in constant communication along this journey.I highly recommend RRCA and *********************************! They are the best at what they do! THANK YOU ******!!

  I have been working with RRCA's PM Tyrone C. since early OCT on our roof and interior home repairs as a result of hurricane Ian. Going through the experience of Ian and the aftermath has been one of the most stressful events of our life. Having our home damaged and in constant chaos is extremely unsettling. From the moment we met Tyrone and decided to work with him, he has not only been extremely professional and courteous, he has been very kind and compassionate. He performed a thorough inspection of our damage and presented a detailed estimate for repairs to our insurance company within days of our initial meeting. He has helped us navigate the ups and many downs with our insurance company to ensure our home is properly repaired and whole again. Dealing with our insurance company has been a huge challenge in our repair process as they have presented many hurdles for us to 'jump' through. Tyrone has walked us through each hurdle with our insurance company and provided much needed support. He is always available to take my calls or stop by to talk through next steps. (NOTE: I am type strong A and very involved with our repair process, so I have lots of questions and input that he always addresses with a smile and positive demeanor, no matter how stressed I am:)) Tyrone/ RRCA had (& have waiting) all the materials readily available for our home repairs. Once we finalized our roof selections (right before Thanksgiving), we had materials delivered SAT 12/3 and our new roof was completed the week of 12/5. The crew that replaced our roof did a great job, they were on time, courteous, hardworking and did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. We are looking forward to working with the interior crew once we finalize the insurance review. RRCA is a great, FL based company that is invested in our area and have been a pleasure to work with. We are glad we chose a local FL company and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof/remodeling services.

  My project manager Jared J. and RRCA has made the process of getting my house back together very smooth. They worked with our insurance company to help us get a settlement. Jared educated us on the entire process and was able to help us upgrade our roof to metal. They proceeded with the repairs shortly after . The crew did an excellent job on the project and cleaned up very nicely . Now we are in the process of having them install solar on their roof. I would highly recommend Jared and the whole team at RRCA

  On 10-7-22 we gave **** a $5k deposit for roof and siding. My neighbor gave $10k deposit for roof. Both checks were cashed in 3 days. 6 weeks later no permits, no parts on order and no communication. All phone mails are full. Text messages are never returned. I called the ****** office yesterday and asked for a manager. After 5 minutes on hold they hung up. I called back several times and only got a full mail box. The only one who will call back is a young lady hired after ***. She is not familiar with the process and is having the same communication problems with her own company that we are having. My neighbor and I still have tarps on our roofs that are wearing thin. Neither of us have any idea whats going on. I contacted another roofer and he can have them both done in two weeks. Should I sign another contract and give another deposit? Will RRCA put a lien on our houses? The tarps wont last much longer.

  I hate to hear that you had this experience with us. Due to the volume of work influx from Hurricane *** we did experience some hang **** I do see that you cancelled this project with our company. I am bringing this issue to upper management to be addressed and I wish you the best in finding the right contractor for you.

  RRCA was doing a Neighbors roof due to **** back in 2019, They came next door they were very professional **** was awesome and ******** believe his name is they made sure our property wasn't damaged while they were doing the people next door's roof which was really amazing. Next I asked **** to come over and check out our roof and low and behold we also had damage due to ****. Of course that went into litigation for a while that isn't a problem problem but we sprung a leak in the bathroom in the meanwhile waiting for the insurance companies to battle it out. Initially I filed a complaint with BBB because I didn't want to have to pay out a pocket for the damage to be fixed because what the insurance company was telling me was the bathroom need to be fixed under the whole claim of the roof as well as anything that had to do with the damage of the roof. **** sent over a gentleman to check out sheet rock that needed to be opened and replaced and the mold that needed to be addressed.I have to say if I could remove my complaint I would but I don't think you can so I am going in and putting in rave reviews for this company I also just sent them over to my dad's place due to ***, He's in *************** were located in Estero. I have to say I was approached by many many Roofers after **** but this company was by far one of the best. After all I did see what they did with the neighbors and many neighbors here They are professional and very efficient and do a great job, They finished our roof in less than a week and we have tile.

  BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! I really wish I would have done more research. Talk about a bunch of BS artists. I started my unfortunate journey with this god awful company in September of 2021. It is now November of 2022 and the work still IS NOT complete. My account was transferred from my original consultant, unbeknownst to me, to Chris O., who I was told was or is an area manager. Never heard from the gentleman unless I called and called then I would get a text days later. Mind you I had to call into the corporate number just to find out what was going on and that he was handling my claim. Then I was deferred to a Miguel G. Again, no contact was made unless I initiated and again I had to call to find out. To this day I have never met the person handling my account. Now, I am a business owner, I worked construction, and I am in sales. My customers know EXACTLY who I am . Maybe I hold a higher level of excellence than this fly by night, but when I pull into my driveway and Eddy J. is there to do completion photos and not the person handling my account, I was even more put off. I was absolutely furious. THE WORK IS NOT DONE! This company still has not filled it's obligation to replace my gutters, cut me back my funds to have the rest of the damage repaired, nor collect the information to have my solar panels replaced. I have reached out to Justin D. repeatedly and been given NOTHING BUT LIP SERVICE. I explained to him that at the time I was working all over the state and that he just needed to give me a time and day, and I would be there to meet him. Instead he backed out of the first appointment and has been dodging me ever sense. Each time I am given empty promises and pushed to the side. At this point I don't know what to do, having been strong armed by this company and treated like absolute garbage the entire time. Let us not forget too the amount of trash and the nails left all over my yard. Choose someone else

  Waited and waited for anything to be done Waiting for a permit removal going on 3 months. Talk nicely but do nothing. They were paid quickly but the company must have too many jobs to give good customer service. It’s been 4 years since I hired them to replace my roof. I finally got my roof one month before Hurricane Ian

  Driving in traffic on Pine Island Rd , Cape Coral, FL, we saw a white work truck (with Texas plates) full of loose (unsecured) piles of tools and materials, at the top which was placed an unsecured aluminum step ladder!!! Siding , roofing, gutters - RRCA So unsafe I was angry!!!??
