  ?In 2018 We were referred to ************************* she own the agency The Stork Surrogacy International, LLC and now Our Fairy Godmother. She had a lot of experience and said she could match ** with a carrier. We were getting a journey for two live birth and the first instalment $6750 needed to be paid by signing up with the agency and $11.250 if you got match makes a total $18.000 agency feed.A potential surrogate was introduced to ** we have had n conversation with her. And we had to pay a matching feed $11.250 before continue. But then there was silence for a long time. ***** scheduled a skype call to tell ** that the surrogate no longer can continue . Ther was no match sheet send to the clinic or a contract drafted by a layer. For 4 years we have been working with *****. She made promises that we could be matched withing a years time. It is even written withing the contract we signed that if she could not match us withing 6 months, we would receive a 50% refund on our initial agency fees. We were not matched and we also did not receive a refund.Her excuses, stories and promises strung us along for way too long and we do not want anyone else to make the same mistakes. For long periods of time she will go no contact with you, make an excuse and dangle a potential surrogate or three in front of you. In the end, you will always be waiting on doctors results or screenings. In 2022 it became months on end with no response to our messages, which has made ** make a difficult decision. We have a dream of becoming parents and ************************* will make sure your dream will never come true.If you see what others have written on the The Stork Surrogacy International,bbb page you wil come to the conclusion that "one is an accident, twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern." Unfortunately, this is now the fourth time that clients have faced a similar issue with her. Her response wil be we are not clients of her

  OFG & STORK SURROGACY is not a ******* corporation. These persons were clients of another company in ******* that has since closed due to Covid. They refused to be rematched. They were offered a new contract with a sister company of the business and 100% of their deposit to be credited towards a new contract and to be rematched. Their original contract and invoicing stated clearly there was no refunds upon being matched with a surrogate mother and should their surrogate not fulfil her commitment, they would be rematched. We have all the signed and notarized documents (DocuSign) to verify this.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  We have waited 4 years to be matched.And she doesn't bother to mach us because the money is already  bin payd . And her so-called offer of a contract will not change that. And in this we are not alone she has had a previous company where she has done the same with people. And of course ones again will she say we are not clients.
