      BEWARE: Misleading warranty + expensive service fees — please read before buying! I purchased a reverse osmosis system for $7,000 from this company, believing I was making a smart, long-term investment. The owner talked extensively about the one-year warranty, which made me feel secure — I truly thought I was buying from an honest company. However, the reality is very different. The fine print of the contract says: • The real warranty is only 30 days. • After that, you pay a $75 service fee + $110/hour for labor. • You’re advised to budget for 2–3 hours, because they “can’t estimate” how long a repair will take. • Even if parts are covered, you still pay out of pocket to have them installed. Fast forward to 12 months — right when the limited warranty ends — my system is now showing major problems. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common experience. Bottom line: this company uses misleading warranty language and charges excessive service fees after just 30 days. The system may very well break down just after the short warranty expires — leaving you with costly repairs. I wish someone had warned me. Do your homework and read the fine print very carefully before buying here. I would never recommend this company based on my experience.

      they were eager to install my water softener but when i asked how to maintain it after several times trying to get help all they did was send me an email telling me to check the salt level that was ok then they said check to see if the system was backwashing there are 2 tanks and none of them says anything about backwashing asked them several times to explain they just kept sending the same email ******* dollars and I don't know if it is working right. the tanks they say to check don't say anything about backwashing. I can't maintain it if I don't know how.
