    On 5/19/2023 Premier Fence replaced my PVC fence that was destroyed by Hurricane *** and we paid him in full in the amount of $9,275.00 for this fence. A few weeks later my wife was looking at the fence through the window and notice that one side was not straight. One pole was lower than the other. I left a message for ***** at Premier Fence on 6/20/2023 and he called me back on 6/21/2023. I told him what the problem was and he informed me that he would send someone out next week, which would have been the week of 6/26/2023 thru 6/30/j2023. No one ever came out so on 6/30 I talked to ***** again and he informed me how busy and behind he was and that he would send someone out next week which would have been 7/3-7/7/2023. As usual no one ever showed up. For those 2 weeks I sat at home each week waiting for someone to come fix my fence. On July 5, 2023 I left a message for ***** to see what day that week he would send someone out to fix my fence. He did not return my call so on July 7, 2023 since no one showed up that week, I left a message for ***** again and as of today I have not received a call back yet from the last 2 messages I have left for *****. Attached please find the contract I signed and also the receipt showing Premier Fence is paid in full.
