  purchased package from them, they were evicted three days later, never got refunded. No one responded, had to dispute with credit card company. Bad business.

  Paid for services when business is closed. They are still having people buy memberships and not open.

  I sent an email with a complaint because their staff sold a package of 12 classes for 90 days at $99 usd which turned up to be a monthly membership. I wanted them to not charge me again next month and I didnt want a membership. My email was not in any way offensive nor disrespectful however the *** of the company replied to me, he was very offended, rude and even childish on his response, not only that but he canceled my membership on 02/22, earlier than the expiration date which was 02/28, also I was told I had 12 classes to be used within 3 months and only was able to used 9. He canceled my upcoming classes and banned me from all the YogaLab Studios. In all honesty I dont really care about the money of the classes but the way I have been treated! He raised calumnia against me saying I have insulted them and I have done who knows what, that Im in camera being a ***** at his studios when I never complained to them before for anything! If anything I bought several pieces of clothing there and was loving to go to their clases, their instructors are very nice and the people at the front desk too! Although the manager of the place had kind of an aggressive attitude but we never had an encounter. Again I was sold a package for 12 classes for $99 USD to be used within 3 months, in my next visit I was told by the manager that this was not a package but a membership, since she said it would only renew every 3 months I agreed to keep it because I could use the 12 classes in 3 months, however I noticed on my app that they were going to charge me one month later again for $99 which is not what they told me, I called them and the front desk person said she thought it was a monthly membership what I bought but she was unsure and to email them to find out, which is when I complained! The *** kept firing words on his emails like he was super mad at me in a personal level when all I did was to complain about them selling something to me that they dont have!
