    I am rejecting this response because: I am very surely telling the truth. He is very unprofessional and has no integrity. He claims he plugged the hole to the shower drain and lied. I have photos, text messages, and audio messages from this terrible person. Clearly and very clearly you can see concrete and grout in our shower drain after fixed. I want my $10,000.00+ back for his foolish actions. I will be suing and getting ALL and I mean ALL my money back. Never using his business again and I will not recommend anyone else does either.

Eventually, we agreed to schedule a plumber to come out. This was the first time he stated he would pay for the damages. The plumber stated if the problem was preexisting there would be a void under our home and there was no void. Additionally, the plumber stated the pipe would have to be replaced. Christopher ********* claimed our snake with a camera damaged the pipe, but the plumber clearly stated that a snake that slim would not caused damage. When it came time to pay the plumber, Christopher ********* stated that he would pay us back. We have not received this payment. Another plumber was someone Christopher ********* heard on the “radio.” This plumber claimed we broke the shower trap from running a “eel” down the drain and that “chemicals” could have been poured down the drain. Chris is claiming his is not liable.

    None of this is true we hired two independent plumbers, and their investigation set at the pipe, had to be broken prior to us starting not only that if we did clog a pipe, the water would back up and it in fact did not. I have a report from a plumbing company and independent third-party that states this

    We offered to open up and prove it wasn’t our fault and we did not cause the issue. Wet and new dry concrete did not go in the drain and old concrete hardened will not do as seen.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    Why would we allow someone with no integrity back into our home? The owner offered one time that fix the issue but then rejected the fix after talking with a plumber he “found.” I no longer trust the owner to fix anything in my home. Our issues arose when they arrived. If the issue was there, we would have known from being in the house for six years. We would not complain about the issue if it was our fault but we’re here. So apparently, it is not our fault. Our shower was working just fine with no issues and the beer cans had nothing to do with it. Christopher ********* and Raul are the issue but yet refuse to admit their wrongs and right their wrongs. Again, we will be suing for what is owed back to us. We have tried multiple times to resolve this issue peacefully and without legal representation but the owner has refused to resolve in any way. So, we will be moving on to resolving the hard way.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have decided to drop legal actions as a result of time constraints, but I wasn't satisfied with the business response. Although I didn't request a reyfund, there was clear evidence of unethical business practice done by the owner and the claim ISN'T false. I have decided to reopen my post on facebook after another customer had the same experience and I realized that he's also been involved in manipulating facebook reviews for financial gains

    I am seeking a full refund of $500 due to the failure of Black Ops Specialty Service to fulfill the agreed-upon service. Additionally, I request that the BBB investigate the business practices of this company to prevent future customers from experiencing similar or potentially worse incidents.
