    Duane is my go-to for my real estate customers and the first person I call. He’s also done work for me personally. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does. I trust him to take care of my customers and always appreciate the value he brings.

    I’ve used Emerald Waters for several building projects. They’ve always kept me on time and on budget. Duane always ensures the customer is taken care of and if he doesn’t have the ability to do any aspect of a job, he will find someone that will. I totally recommend for any building related project.

    Contracted to remodel 2 commercial restrooms. Project was abandoned 1/2 unfinished. Promised to come finish. 2 months later the job is still unfinished. After several calls and text messages Dwayne told me he would contact me next week. I haven't heard back from him. He is no longer welcome at our site. The work that was completed was ok.

    Excellent Job! The work that was done was completed quickly, done well, and for much less cost than any of the other companies. Communication was good via telephone and text. Photos of the completed work were provided via text. An invoice was sent the next day after customer review of work. I'm very satisfied and would recommend Emerald Waters Construction to others for a variety of projects. Thank you!

    The work that was done to my home was well done. The issue is that an expensive tool was taken from my home by one of the people working in my home. The owner PROMISED to replace it and it has never been replaced. It has been 4 months!
    Also, an employee of the owner broke a tub handle in my master bath which needs a special order and a plumber (his plumber) to repair it. This was also promised to be fixed and it hasn’t been. The owner, after promising to get these things done, is now not returning my calls or texts. He has lied over and over again. I paid home nearly $50,000 to do work at my home yet he can’t return my stolen item nor fix the tub faucet his employees broke. Untrustworthy!
