Occcured in Oct 2023 AV Best Buy/Manada Damage Claim - AVCN0000529/93340913

An installation charge was paid to best buy and later reversed. $249.99 An annual fee for using Geek Squad is $199.99. Best Buy then referred me to the 3rd party installation nation once the installation went completely wrong. Currently I have a situation where Best Buy sent a 3rd party that was not a "Geek squad" certified vendor to our home for mounting a tv. The non-qualified individual damaged our home and tv. The 3rd party individual also called and harassed me while at work via calls and text. We have emails of the 3rd party confirming the harassment, damages, reschedules where I took off work and detailed information. We have emails that the 3rd party has accepted liability for damages (Damages to walls, door and the TV iteself)
Breach of original subscription (Geek Squad) contract - nonqualified tech
Documented and confirmed Harassment of the non qualified 1st installer who was not from geek squad - Calling and texting me at work Actual Geek squad later confirmed the damages to walls, door and TV after finally mounting our TV correctly
Qualified Geek Squad tech said typically TVs that are discontinued most likely Best Buy would recommend replacing at current price - 3rd party insurer demanding receipt

Later was contacted by another 3rd party who was not licenced or bonded but referred by Installation Nation to do the wall repairs. I instructed the person I did not want someone who was not covered in my home to possibly make more damages. The gentleman said this company does this alot and asked if he should work for this company any more.
3rd Party is asking me to find a receipt for the TV even after sending several out-of-stock current value quotes of the TV and or requesting a repair quote by them Working on 3 quotes for the repairs on the home now - Sent one over but heard nothing after requesting for someone higher up and still no response. I am rejecting this response because: I have asked this representive assigned by Best Buy to repair my TV and home. The person who they claim could repair my home was not bonded according to the caller and he asked me if he should even work for this said company. I am attaching one of the email chains between myself and Christian Terry.  Please advise if I should pursue this to Best Buy or this 3rd party company who harassed and damaged my home.

    Sincerely,
