    I had countertops installed on my outdoor kitchen six weeks ago. I was supposed to be left an 18x18" finished section of the countertop. I spoke to both ***** and ***** and ***** said he had the remaining piece but it would take "a few days" to cut. I am now at a month since he said this.

    As response to this complaint, this wasn’t a piece contracted nor was any labor charged for it. It was done simple as a favor. At the time of the homeowners request, after the portion of the contract was complete, our shop was overloaded. The piece was done in the time frame told to him. As far as we understood, he would come pick it up. We didn’t realize delivery was also part of the favor.  Belmarmi bent over backwards to help this client. He should have been back charged at least 4 times if not more. It saddens us to know after all the issues he had with his home to no part of Belmarmi, that a complaint was filed on a favor.

    I am rejecting this response because it is not factually accurate.

    - I purchased the entire slab.

    I requested the piece on 5/26 before the slab was cut. I suppose I should have not incorrectly assumed that the piece would be delivered when the slab was cut.

    - After the slab was installed on 6/16, I asked where the additional piece was.

    - On 6/27 I was told that the piece was never cut and that it would be "a few days"

    - I never received any additional communication from Belmarmi. On 7/22 I asked for the definition of "a few days" and still never received a response.

    If the piece is at the store, I will happily grab it.
