Owner, *********************, installed our double garage door in 2020 with NO issues. We called last week to inquire about "clicking noise" and service call costs. Reminded the phone attendant "we are a retired military family" and inquired about "military discount." Service man, ****, came-out this week. Very pleasant. He was here for 35-minutes with a power drill/nut driver and can of lubricating spray. The invoice was for $218.75 WHEW, that's sporty for 35-minutes of work plus travel time to our house.More importantly, that figure is NOT was I quoted. Okay room for disagreement. Called the owner. THREE TIMES with NO RESPONSE. HATE to write a negative review but, i did all I could to resolve discrepancy.Be aware & know they will record your phone conversation, but apparently that doesn't matter!

Owner was rude. Had liftmaster door opener ONLY installed 7/22. Recently noticed chain loose. Technician came out yesterday. Said motherboard on head bad and bolt loose & too small where arm connects to door. Fixed that. Ordered head. Different technician out the next day to put in new head I asked if I get new 1 year warranty on this part. He says no. Says talk to owner. Call office - to have owner call. He does. His name is *****. No last name given which I think is unprofessional. I asked why I dont get new one year warranty on head which is 90% of the parts. All thats left to break is the chain & metal bar (dont know how it would break). He gives analogy that if you buy a car with ****** mile warranty and part replaced at ****** miles you dont get new warranty. I told him financially I think this is bad analogy. He starts to raise his voice. I then ask for model number for opener as I will call liftmaster. He tells me if you got rid of your paperwork thats not my problem. I said I cant find the manual but when I called for appointment front office staff had full record of work done etc. I told him I thought he was very rude for being the owner of a business. Didnt bother to ask why Im paying labor under a warranty part. Using his car analogy ***** doesnt make me pay labor for a warrantied part
