    I had a new a/c unit put in around September of 2021 no problems until 4 days ago. Unit stopped working call easy breezy they sent someone out same day couldnt find anything wrong. Then 2 days in a row unit stopped working they sent techs out two more times then determined the duct worked collapsed. **** came today to install duct work and said nothing wrong with it. Owner called me and was one of the most rude and condescending people I ever spoke with. I have kept my a/ c at 70 degrees for the last 3 years never a problem. No this owner is telling me that if we keep it at 70 degrees it will freeze up. My question was why didnt it freeze up the first three years, he has no answer for that. All the techs that came out were very nice the owner on the other hand was a horrible person. My wife and daughter were having an argument in the background and he hung up on me. I called back he he said that I was swearing at him. I never even raised my voice. This is a horrible man who shouldnt be in business with public. I will discuss this with the appropriate people and see where we go with this

    I called Mr Plumb after seeing we had been to his property several times to see what the situation was.  I talked to Mr. Plumb and his wife, discussed any concerns he had and he Thanked me for calling him and he had no concerns.  He did say that he contacted the BBB because he thought he had talked to me. After our conversation, Mr Plumb said that he was going to contact the BBB to let them know he did not have any more concerns.

    I'm selling my home in the home inspection report noted there's is not a required "Float Switch" installed on the ** system. I have to install it to pass inspection to sell my home. I called Easy Breezy ** LLC who installed the unit and has done numerous other work on the system including yearly maintenance. **** a manager at easy Breezy mentioned in our conversation that his company installs the "Float Switch" to every new unit. When I asked if Easy Breezy would do good on there policy he said that it's been too long since install. One question was why didn't any of the technicians who have come multiple times during 6 years not mentioned to me that I was missing a critical piece to the proper function of the unit? I would have been content if they installed the Float Switch at a discount if anything since Easy Breezy didn't properly due there work.

    ************* did call our office yesterday to inquire what a float switch would cost installed.  The receptionist got an answer from the Operations manager and responded to ***************  It was then ************** said we installed his unit and he did not think we put one in.  The receptionist contacted ****, the installation manager and transferred the call to him.  **** stated that a float switch was included with every install.  We did not have the software that we currently use but we do have all of our invoices scanned and found an invoice stating we found a faulty float  switch dated 10-10-16.  We have photo documentation from 2020, 2021 and 2022 showing someone had removed the float switch and glued a cap on in its place. 

    As per ****************** request, EasyBreezy AC is willing to give ************** a discounted price to install a primary float switch on his vertical air handler.  List price is $225 for the part and $89 for the trip charge.  We are willing to waive the trip charge and install the part for $175.  Please let us know if this offer is acceptable.

    I am rejecting this response because: Below is their portion of there comments. My question is, when they found a faulty float switch what did they do? I didn't and wouldn't remove or would attempt too. I researched the cost of float switches and the most expensive is $32.00. There's cost $225.00? Also, they came to my home in 2020,2021 and 2022 and didn't mention that I should have one incase the system fails and water would flow into my house. The receptionist told me the cost to replace was $255.00 not mentioning the $89.00 service fee. Lastly I would like to view 10/10/2016 invoice
