      Eight years ago Sunny Day Air conditioning installed a Trane air conditioner in my home. However, they didn't register my AC unit or inform me to register my unit for the standard 10 year warranty through *****. I spoke to the Trane *** and they said Sunny Day should have told me about filing the warranty through *****. My unit is only eight years old and may need to be ***laced. Sunny Day Air conditioning was negligent in not telling me about the ten year warranty that I could have gotten. They are not a very responsible company and isn't accountable for their poor customer service.
