    I was an owner of a rackominium spot, a condo storage for your boat, for over 10 years at ****************** in ****************************************************** October 31, 2022 I sold this spot to the owner of the ****** ******************I notified ********************* the owner of Community Management at least a week before this transaction by email and by phone call, to not deduct the monthly HOA fee of $282 from my checking account on November 1st as I would not be the owner any longer.Like clockwork, the $282 was deducted from my checking account. I called her again and she asked for me to send her the Warranty Deed transferring ownership to *****************, which I promptly did. As of this date I have not received any reimbursement of an HOA fee that was taken from my checking account for a property that I no longer own.I have records of numerous phone calls and numerous emails with zero response.And to this date of December 17, ************************************************************ to receive a check in the mail.There has been no correspondence from Community Management to me from them at all.But, *********************, makes sure that she adds a raise in her salary every year that we all pay for.She has been a real slacker in every way, not doing her job, collecting her unearned pay on the backs of hard working individuals trying to maintain their spots at the Marina.Im asking for a reimbursement of my $282 for HOA fees that were taken from my checking account for a unit that I do not own.Thank you for your help.

    The payment **************** is requesting to be refunded was never received by the Association.  The *** was processed on 11/1 and **************** revoked the authorization on 11/3 and the payment was reversed.  See attached notification from the processing company.  No refund is due as no payment was received.  

     

    Other information - as of December 29, 2022, the deed had not been recorded in the public records - I did verify on that date that the buyer was planning to record the sale.

    I will not respond to the other comments and false statements made by *****************  We are a professional service company that has been in business for 39+ years and know that his comments are truly not about us, but his residual feelings for a real estate deal that did not end up working out to his liking.
