    Absolutely awful company that discriminates against residents. Unless you are on the board, they ignore your complaints and will not respond to longstanding issues.

    This complaint is filed against Creative Management a property management company located in New Port Richey, Florida. I reside in a condominium community currently managed by Creative Management. On August 31, 2023, the Board of directors voted to authorize Creative Management to reimburse me for damages done to my property by another resident. The Board voted on the amount of $35.00. I have not received the check. I have been waiting since August 2023. I have made numerous phone calls to Creative Management and the Accounting Department trying to pinpoint the reason for the company's lack of compliance. The accounting department has informed me that Helen K*****-the owner of the company has not followed through with releasing the check. I spoke with Helen in late October 2023, and she stated that she "was releasing the check" as we were speaking. I have not received the check as I write this complaint report. Helen violates BBB principles. Helen K***** is devoid of integrity, organizational skills, and trust. She does not tell the truth. She is not an honest person when dealing with clients. She does not honor her promises. She is not responsive to the needs of her clients. This is not the first compliant the I have file against Helen K***** and Creative Management. I cannot depend on her to intervene and assist a client in time of need. I would give her a grade of "F" for performance and her total lack of professionalism.
