      Aucera aka dial America has many issues..starting with the pay and scheduling. While working in the company I changed from one program to another. There was 5 weeks of training so I figured I'd have no issues. Boy was I wrong. From the time I went from the bread financial program to the homeserve training my schedule and pay was messed up from that point until now! Not only that the system has the agent access schedule and the homeserve schedule that for over 3 months no one could fix resulting in false accuracy of my schedule, pay and incentives. And the fact that for at least 4 weeks my so called "team leader" barely said a word to me not to mention never responded and or acknowledged some of the teams messages I had sent to him. Luckily one of the other "T.L.'s" was nice enough to help me. Adherence is the biggest thing at the company well when you have one schedule showing one thing another schedule showing another thing how is that supposed to work at any point in time. They were constantly 3 to 5 hours of just about every check from the time I switched to home so that we're missing so therefore I did not get my incentives. Not to mention I'm also supposed to go in on my time because nobody else has time to help me with issues when they are noticed and brought to someone's attention. One of my co-workers from the bread financial had also done the same exact training class I did and had the same exact issues there was multiple weeks our checks were way off from what they should have been because the system couldn't get our schedules straightened out and for some reason nobody else could either. When I was in bread financial I had messaged ********************* the head of the Port ****** about a very simple question never received a response. And the fact that they're constantly cutting people's hours whole shifts even, and then the next week adding mandatory hours to everybody's schedules. Putting people under overtime and under time for the incentives. Convenient.
