    If u could give a negative rating, I would. I had a stereo installed here, paid top dollar. A month later my Harley developed an electrical issue directly related to the installation. I paid NPR Harley to diagnose & correct Dol Controls error Sol Control would not acknowledge said issue as their responsibility. They do not stand behind their work. I reached out to them several times and paid to have their work corrected. I run a business, customer service/satisfaction is paramount. Now I have over $2500 into a stereo system with virtually no warranty. Bad business!!

    *******, it is unfortunate that there has been a miscommunication here. If you remember correctly, we discussed with you that, though there is no evidence this issue was caused by Sol Control Custom we were willing to reimburse you to keep a healthy and happy business relationship. We agreed and shortly after this, your review was posted, and we have not heard from you since. We do stand behind our work and our business for sure. We responded to your email trying to resolve this matter and you posted yet again, now on BBB without ever returning to the shop. We sincerely apologized for the miscommunications had here, and we advised you to stop by the office for a refund on an email sent to you Monday, July 31st at 5:54 PM.
