I signed a contract with **************** in October 2023 for a remodel of the central part of my house; new flooring, kitchen, family room, office, etc. Obviously, ive been very frustrated with the length of time its taken fir them to get started. They finally indicated they would do the demo of the interior the last week of January 2025. Because my pets and i are living in the house during this remodel, i tooiik a cruise during the demo week.(4500) The house didn't get demoed. When they finally indicated they would demo my house i rented an ****** for me and my pets. Another o1000. It is now almost April. I still dont have a permit posted. My kitchen was supposed to be installed April 7th and yesterday I was told the plumbers wouldn't be available so the install is postponed. I have complained to no avail. Ive given ****** to the contractor and when he asked for the second payment, i tefused indicating that it wasn't clear to me what ****** was spent on.

We signed a $150,000 contract for a major repair to our home in April of 2024 for the work to begin July 1, 2024. We made a payment at the time of signing to secure the contract. Before the work began, we made our second payment. Work was contracted to take 4 months and we had to move our homeschooling family of 6 from our home for the duration of the work. Work began on July 1, 2024. There was some demo but it moved very slowly. At the end of August, we were asked to make our third payment, which was required at the half-way to completion of the project. We questioned if they were actually at the half-way point, because very little work had been completed at our home, including completion of demo. They moved the due date of the payment ($45,000 which would bring us to 90% of the cost of the project) one week and sent an email saying that they were at the half-way point and that they could "guarantee delivery by October 11th". We made the payment as required by our contract. During the next 7 weeks, someone only worked at our house 2-3 times. They missed that date, since then have made several other dates to get our house completed and have missed everyone of them. There has been work done but it is very slow and unreliable. It took 3 weeks to get drywall up and textured, with the drywall crew failing to show up, 7 of the days they were scheduled. They have not given us another deliverable date. At the end of this month it will be 9 months on a 4 month project, I have not seen any invoices for materials purchased for my kitchen cabinets, flooring, or any other finishing supplies, despite having asked multiple times. We are at a loss for what to do to speed this up. They currently have a symbol on their website that they are BBB accredited and your website says they are not. We are looking for any support or help we can to get this resolved.
