    Their trash service is EXCELLENT as always BUT, when you goto call customer service for a problem, it goes straight to vm with NO option of leaving a vm cause VM box is always full. I never had a problem getting hold of my previous company. They need to emplement a "Message customer service" on their website portal under your account to better service their customers needs!

    Thank you, Ben. We appreciate your excellent review of our service. I apologize for the issues you have had reaching our company. We suffered a tremendous loss six months ago when our offices took on 3 feet of water with the flooding from Hurricane Helene. We have been working hard to rebuild while at the same time keep the routes running and the service level up.
    I am happy to report to you that, as of April 1st, we are now in our newly renovated office and customer service levels are returning to normal. In addition to that we have started work to revamp our website and streamline our on-line bill pay.
    We appreciate your understanding and patronage.

    Second time this week, they have not picked up my trash and Ive had a call. I have a zero balance and my account is active call today. Left a message. Got a message back saying I need to pay the next three months in advance when I have a zero balance and my account is active, please explain.

    JD PARKER AND SONS ARE STRAIGHT SCUMBAGS. 3 TIMES NOW THEY HAVE NOT PICKED UP MY TRASH.

    Unfortunately, the previous driver had to abruptly retire due to health reasons. There is a new driver on this route, and we are working hard to get him trained as quickly as possible. We address all situations involving missed pickups. For this particular route, a truck is sent back to retrieve the trash within 24 hours no questions asked. A truck was dispatched to this residence this morning, 9/25, at 5:45 AM and the trash was picked up. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are doing our best to rectify the situation.
