    ********* Driver dropped my trash can in their machine and now the company is telling me too bad and we can help you. As a customer who spends close to $100 on a trash can and for your driver to drop it in the truck and tell a customer we can't help you is ridiculous. This company is focusing customers to rent their cans at $9 a month, nowhere does it state that you can't use other cans. I want my $100 for my can or a credit on my bill. Spoke to ******************************* who told me he owns the company and that we have no proof that his driver did anything wrong (even though my garbage can went up on the machine and never came back down, all on video). These driver are purposely dropping these cans so the customers have to rent theirs.

    ********* is not responsible for lost or damaged garbage cans due to the different quality of cans on the market and the environment these cans are subjected to. This is stated on our website home page and FAQ page as well as on the back of the bills (attached). This incident was reviewed and there was no fault in the drivers performance. The garbage can that was purchased must be dumped by the truck as it is to heavy to dump by hand. We had no other reports of other cans being lost that day which would mean that something failed on the cart.

    We do offer customers an option to rent a can from us for almost half of what is stated in the complaint. Please correct this false statement.

    Our drivers do not purposely drop the cans to make customers rent a garbage can. Please correct this false statement.

    During this phone conversation you mentioned that you would make it very difficult for our driver to continue servicing your address. You mention that you would be putting your trash in the street to make it it hard for our driver to collect your trash. Our drivers have a huge responsibility to operate these large vehicles safely. Please do not make it an unsafe environment for our drivers or the public.
