    I was talking with friends about various things I needed done around my home when they gave me Brian's business card and insisted I call him. Brian had done the work in their two bathrooms and they only had good things to say. I quickly found that they were right. He's kind and knowledgeable. It was clear that he was busy but I never felt rushed. He was patient with my million questions while he walked me through everything. He was not pushy and he gave me a great price. The work was done quickly and I'm thrilled with the results. I will be calling him in the future and I'll recommend BK All Trades Handyman to anyone needing a helping hand.

    After more than 3 months of no show He did show up and do partial work, then no show and no contact again. I had to hire someone else. Completely unreliable and unprofessional behavior.

    I hired ***** K to perform work on our house before the closing date of our home sale. We had a tight deadline, which he was aware of so it was crucial that the work be completed on time. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating.On the first day of the scheduled work (3/13/2025) , he informed us that an issue came up and that he could not make it, which was disappointing but understandable. However, when the second day came (3/14/2025), he promised he would be there at 8am. Well, come 8am that morning he completely ghosted ushe did not show up and failed to communicate at all. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone, text, and email, we received no response from him.This lack of professionalism and failure to meet deadlines or communicate has caused significant stress during an already stressful time. His unreliability has left us in a difficult position, as we now have to scramble to find another contractor (with less than 1 week until closing..) to complete the necessary work before our closing date.I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution if considering BK All Trades Handyman for any future work, as he has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect for his customers. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the ************************* in *******. I hope if this sways even one person, then maybe one person will be saved the frustration and stress this company and man has caused.

    There's always two sides to a story and I don't appreciate being bad-mouthed but I did want to do the work I will schedule to do the work but then my mother-in-law went into the hospital and I thought I could go back to work and I couldn't because they put her in the *** and she just got out of there today so I had to take time off of work because I share only one vehicle with the family and it did not just hurt work-wise it hurt all over so I apologize that I couldn't do it because of the situation pray that you can forgive me and hopefully you won't have to file your complaint or have any regret towards me but I'm just being honest and I'm sorry about the situation I was in and then I couldn't help you even though yours was crunch time and I was really looking forward to doing it too and I know the communication is bad on my part I apologize for that I was just going through a lot with the daughters the mother the whole family situation.

    I want to clarify that at no point did I bad-mouth you. Ive simply been honest about the situation, and I believe it's important to express how the lack of communication and missed deadlines affected the situation. My intention has always been to address the issue directly, not to speak poorly of you. I tried to reach out to you multiple ways/times prior to this review, its unfortunate that this review is what got us a response from you.I understand that youre dealing with personal matters, and I dont want to undermine that. However, I do need to point out that your actions dont align with what youve shared. After we didnt hear from you, we noticed you were still posting about working on other houses on your personal social media the very next day, and the last two weeks following. This makes it difficult for me to believe that you were truly unable to fulfill your commitments, especially given the urgency of our deadlines that you agreed to and also knew about.I understand that personal matters can be challenging, but honesty and clear communication are crucial, especially when working with deadlines. It would have been much better if youd communicated directly about your situation, and I would have been more understanding. I genuinely wish you the best going forward, and I hope that youll take this feedback into consideration for future projects. Clear communication and accountability are essential for any successful working relationship, and I hope those aspects will be prioritized moving forward.

    If you need a great handyman that is going to show up...this is your guy.. experienced very professional and polite showed up on time gives call backs... He did a great job definitely will use him again

    Individual came out. Nice guy, gave a quote and informed I would get back to him. I did in a few days to inform I was interested and he said he looked forward to it. A phone call and text to him, I never heard back.
